Shipments & Returns

Shipments:

Your package will be delivered by DPD parcel service or TNT.

If you order it before 4.30PM you will receive it within 2 working days. The delivery time also depends for which countries, for Europe it can take up to 3 days, for outside Europe it can take up to 1 week of deliver time.

Your package will be packed safeley with a nice bow to the touch! (boxes/gift boxes are currently unavailable)

Every package a trackable, so if you would like a tracking number please mail/contact us.

Return Policy:

If you would like to return/exchange a product, you can do that within 14 days.

Please contact the mail/contact us first before you send it back.

You can contact us by e-mail or by phone during office hours.

 NOTICE: to return/exchange a product, the returning costs is entirely at own expence
